Nick graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from QUT in 2010, before being admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2011. After his admission, Nick practiced in personal injury and insurance law in both boutique and major law firms. 

 

Nick is an active member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, being a member of several committees. Nick was called to the Queensland Bar in 2025.
